Trauma-Informed Support for Coaches & Helping Professionals

Liminal Resilience helps heart-centered coaches grow in confidence, skill, and ethical grounding, without bypassing the hard, human parts of the work. You’re already skilled at what you do. I’m here to support you in deepening your understanding of trauma-informed care, so you can continue showing up with clarity, compassion, and strong boundaries.

You don’t have to be a therapist to be trauma-informed.

This work isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being responsible, compassionate, and human.

You’re already holding space for trauma—even if you don’t call it that.

Here’s what changes when you’re trauma-informed:

  • You can name what’s happening, not just feel it.
  • You know where your scope ends—and how to hold powerfully within it.
  • You have scripts, tools, and language that support safety and depth.
  • You stop doubting your role—and start coaching with confidence and clarity.

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here!

I’m Kate, a licensed social worker, space-holder, and writer. Through Liminal Resilience, I share reflections and resources that blend trauma-informed care, relational wisdom, and lived experience. All in service of those who support others.

This space exists to support coaches and helping professionals who want to deepen their understanding of trauma, strengthen their boundaries, and practice in ways that are both ethical and sustainable.
My hope is to make trauma-informed care not the exception, but the standard.
